# We make it absolutely clear how much each job will cost, if we quote your repair at £35 labour, then it will only cost £35 labour. We have no hidden charges. Parts are occasionally needed to carry out a successful repair but we will contact you before purchasing any. # We don't charge any Hourly rate, many of our competitors charge by the hour. But why should you have to pay more for a slower repair? # All of our repairs are No-Fix / No-Fee (unless otherwise stated) . If we can't fix it why should you have to pay? # We guarantee all parts for 12 Months, we only use quality parts from well known manufacturers, and make no secret about it!
Same Day Callout: £20.00 (on top of repair cost) If your repair is urgent we can come out and inspect your computer the same day, if we can fix it on the premises we will, if not then we will attempt to repair it within 24hours. And guaruntee it within 48hours
Standard PC Repairs: £45.00 Nearly every computer problem that doesn't require a reset falls into this category. If the repair is exceptionally quick and simple, at our discretion, we will reduce the price to £35.
A large number of the repairs we carry out require the computer to be reset. We will need to take your computer away (leaving a reciept), we always attempt a backup of your files such as pictures, documents, music, videos and game saves, although depending on the fault a succesful backup is not always possible. We then reset Windows to its factory settings and restore the backup. All you have to do is install your programs such as MS Office, Works, Internet security etc. and its as good as new (or see below to have us do it)
Software Installation: £20.00* Usually this will be purchased with a Windows Reset, you can however have us install software if you've taken your machine elsewhere and they lost your software (providing you still have the disc).
Data Recovery: £45.00 (aprox) If you have a machine that has malfunctioned, and for any reason you're not bothered about us making it work again, we can offer a data recovery service, very similar to the first stage of a full reset. This can usually be done within 24 hours.
